Seafood Tom Yum

Thai spicy soup with crab claws, shrimp and filament stick

2 pcs of Lobster Tail
10 pcs Pinx
5 pcs Unbreaded Crab Claw
5 pcs Surimi Tofu
10 pcs Filament Sticks

Cut the above into cubes.

8 pcs of chili padi/hot chillies (finely sliced)
2 cloves of onion (cliced/cut into cubes)
6 red tomatoes
4 sticks of lemon grass
8 tbsp tom yam paste
1-2 piece of chicken stock
2 litres water
salt to taste

Heat oil in a pot and fry half of the onions until fragrant. Pour in water and bring to boil. Add in the tom yam paste and chicken stock. Next add in another half portion of onions, lemon grass and chillies, followed by salt and sugar to taste. When the mixture boils, add in the surimi products, followed by baby corn and carrot. Add in sliced tomatoes when the soup boils. Dish up and serve hot.
