Golden Dim Sum With Cocktail Sauce

5 pcs seafood spring roll
5 pcs seafood toast
5 pcs seafood wanton
5 pcs breaded seafood ball

Deepfry in pre-heated oil at 180 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce.

Cocktail Sauce

150 gm ketchup
2 tsp tabasco sauce
half an onion, chopped
5 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator.

This sauce can be served as a dipping sauce for Homard Flavoured Claw (HMC), Hors douevre Crab Claw (HCC) and Crab Claws.
