Salad Tarts

Salad cups with filament crab stick

5 pcs filament stick
half a bowl of cubed potato, cooked
1 pc green apple, cubed
half a bowl of cubed carrot, cooked
half a bowl of honeydew, cubed
10 pcs baked tart cups (can replace with filo pastry cups)

half a bowl of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of syrup
half a tsp of salt
(Mix the above well.)

Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate. Divide into 10 portions. Fill each tart cup and serve.

Tart Cups

10 gm flour
25 gm butter
25 gm milk
25 gm margarine
13 gm sugar

Cream butter, margarine and sugar well. Add flour and milk. Knead into soft dough. Press 30 gm dough into each tart mould and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
